Stages of preparation of soil for the foundation
The reliability of the arranged foundation directly depends on how well the soil was prepared. This process includes several stages.
First of all, they tear out a pit, the depth of which should be directly proportional to the load provided by the building on the ground. From the bottom of the pit is steeply rummaged through a shallow, about 50 cm, a trench, which is the basis for laying a wider lower part
foundation. The angle of the slopes of the pit directly depends on the quality and nature of the soil – for
Rocky soils it is 90, 80 for solid for solid, 60 for medium, for bulk – 45, and for
viscous – 0 degrees. The backfill of the foundation is carried out with non -whaled, with a thickness of about 30 cm, in layers. After laying each layer, it is necessary to spill the soil with water and carefully compact.
