Real estate agencies abroad and their tasks

Possible income and expenses are strictly recorded in the contract between the agency and the seller of real estate. In some countries, the seller pays the services of Macler, in others this is the obligation of the buyer, and thirdly – all costs are divided equally between both sides. For example, in Bulgaria and France, the Seller pays for real estate agency services. In Italy and Greece, the seller pays half the amount of the agency commission, and the buyer pays for the second half. In percentage terms, the seller of real estate has no difference from the payment of commission services, at least a foreign agency, at least a domestic intermediary.

In addition to paying services to the agency, the seller of real estate pays for mandatory tax payments and fees. Their dimensions are different in different countries. In Bulgaria, income tax is 10% with the difference between the initial price indicated in the purchase agreement of the property, and the cost of sales. Also, the seller pays the costs of maintaining a transaction with the involvement of a lawyer, a notary service, a fee for registration and issuance of a certificate of ownership. These expenses make up 4% of the cost of real estate, and, as a rule, are paid in equal shares of the buyer of real estate and its seller.
