As a rule, very few Russian investors buy real estate to move to another country. These are much more often the following reasons – real estate is bought for the possibility of vacation, or a leisure time in its second house, at any time of the year, or for rent, or for further resale of residential real estate. During the economic and political stability of many foreign countries, the purchase of real estate was very profitable, since housing prices were increased, ensuring the growth of capital invested here. But at the moment, when the crisis is everywhere, the content of foreign real estate brings constant losses, and the ability to lose invested funds is constantly increasing.
