Fraud and theft inside hypermarkets
You can talk here about both theft of buyers and personnel. But if theft of buyers, as a rule, is episodic, then in the second case we can talk about constant violations. The absence of proper control by the responsible services of the store leads to the fact that some employees turn different frauds, which, ultimately, lead to company losses. We list the most common of them:
Reception of cheap goods instead of expensive, while the latter, if possible, is taken outside the store. This can be done at the acceptance stage and (or) staffing of the goods.
Cancellation of paid checks, decoration of discounts and bonuses without the participation of the buyer. In the latter case, the amount of the check is reduced to a certain share. Unscrupulous cashiers sin in this.
