Often the developer offers to buyers of apartments such a service as paperwork for ownership.

Given that many have to recognize the right to an apartment in court, it is not surprising that the paperwork without applying to the court is presented as a serious advantage. True, it is not entirely clear from advertising whether it is necessary to pay for such an “option”.

The necessary documentation can be issued directly by developers or realtors or private legal firms. The buyer can be patient and take on this procedure. The buyer needs to clearly find out for himself whether the developer really takes all the work on the registration of rights for the buyer of the apartment or is it another reason to “promote” the client.
