Problems in the team of large chain stores
As practice shows, some problems with personnel may experience both a toy hypermarket and shops of various orientations. Traibalism (isolation), families, bribery when applying for work in many cases lead to the trading sphere of people who are far from it, or simply do not want to fulfill their labor duties properly. Often their professional training leaves much to be desired. If there are material incentives for such people from the leadership or some kind of relaxation in work, then, in the end, this can lead to a tense relationship in the team.
